HOURS OF BUSINESS

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of custom designs, no refunds will be allowed once a custom design has begun.
NEW as of 9/27/19 : A new PayPal policy states that for any refunds on or after October 11, 2019, PayPal will no longer reimburse their original processing fee. PayPal takes a processing fee (2.9% +.30) from each transaction. As such, Simple Sally has a new policy that if you require a refund (available only as stated above), it will be less the PayPal processing fee that was taken originally by PayPal. Screenshot of the PayPal transaction fee that will not be refunded will be sent to the customer. There are no exceptions to this policy.
CONSIDERATIONS
BEFORE purchasing a custom design, please be sure you either :
a) don't mind waiting for the current turnaround time, whatever it may be or
b) email me if you have a specific deadline you need a design by.
PROCESS
When you have purchased a custom design, I will be in touch within 48 hours of purchase to begin going over details.
(Example : You purchase on Friday at 10pm - expect a confirmation email on or before the following Wednesday.)
Having a clear vision of your requested design will help us both.
Check email frequently while we are working together to assure prompt design communications.
If time is needed to review a design, a courtesy email is appreciated.
If it has been over 60 days since your last communication, your project will be considered abandoned. There will be a restart fee of no less than $50 to start working on the project again.
NOTE : Once the client has approved the final proof(s) & files are sent out, there will be a charge for any extra revisions.
CUSTOM LOGO CLIENTS
You are required to:
Fill out the questionnaire & return it 2 weeks prior to scheduled start date (in the case of a RUSH order, questionnaire is due ASAP)
begin a Pinterest board dedicated to this design project.
CUSTOM LOGO PAYMENTS
Custom logo payments are made in 2 payments. The first half is due to schedule your design & the second half is due before you receive logo files.
Should you not love your designs as you'd hoped, although I always try my absolute hardest to ensure that you do, you will not owe the remaining balance of the second half.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush order payments are due in full when purchasing. Rush orders guarantee your concepts within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise discussed.
(Example : You order a rush on Friday at 3pm. You will receive the proofs no later than the following Wednesday since business hours are M/W/F weekly.)
